Strength Training and Biomechanics
The student will be able to analyze the effects of strength training to understand how and why we become stronger, as well as the correct form and variations of the exercises needed during training. Additionally, biomechanical considerations will be introduced to help create their own training routines.

Cardiovascular Training and Weight Loss
You will gain the knowledge to understand why and how training can be useful for weight loss, along with special considerations depending on the type of person or their objectives. You will also learn the general principles of training programming and follow-up.
